Consultation
First we visit your home, look at the space and listen to what you have in mind. There’s no charge for this and no pressure to go ahead.

Designs & Planning
We design a layout around your brief and help you with planning and building regulations where they apply. You’ll get a clear written quote before any work is booked in.

Build
Then our team gets on with the build. You’ll know what’s happening each week, and if anything needs to change once we’re on site we’ll speak to you about it first.

Enjoy
Once the last fixings are in and the site is cleared, the room is yours. We’ll check you’re happy with every detail before we sign the job off.

Not always. A lot of single storey extensions come under permitted development. Whether yours does depends on how big it is, which side of the house it’s on and whether there are any restrictions on your property. We’ll go over it with you at the consultation, and if you do need to apply we can help.
Do you deal with building regulations?
Yes. Most extensions need building regulations approval, and we’ll help you arrange it as part of managing the project.
Can you fit a kitchen or bathroom in the new extension?
